My career began in industrial and product design, where I learned the principles of intentional creation. It evolved in Hong Kong's fast-paced sourcing industry, where I mastered the art of execution under pressure.

I realized my real calling wasn't just in designing the object, but in designing the conditions for success around it—the clear processes, the aligned teams, the smooth path from concept to impact.
